weathered in sea-climate with total
loss of paint 1995.
Max. inlet temperature 200 deg
celsius.
Vibration frequency 25 hertz. All
parts made from carbon steel.

und einer Rohleitungs-
Schwingungsfrequenz
von 25 Hertz.1995 völliger
Verlust der Fabrikfarbe durch
Abwittern.

not coated in 1996.

schichtete Stahlrohrleitungen
der Anlage.
(B) In 1996 a single coat of 140µ
EVERLAST®CAROL was
applied directly on the rusted
centrifugal pump and tubes
(see photo).
No sandblasting and no FIX-IT
was used.

Picture taken spring 2001, i.e.
after 14000 operating hours of
the thermal oil plant since 1996.
The excellent condition of the
EVERLAST®CAROL coating is
clearly evident.There are no rust-
spots no peeling and no blisters
on the coating surface.The
expansion bellow ( lower left
of photo) which strongly vibrates
during operation, shows
no loss of coating!

 (B) 1996 erfolgte eine ein-
malige Beschichtung mit 140µ
EVERLAST® CAROL, direkt
auf die rostige Wärmeöl-
pumpe und auf einen Teil der
rostigen Rohrleitungen.

Ohne vorheriges Sandstrahlen
und ohne vorherige FIX-IT
Behandlung.
